Track your order:
1. Click on the following link: Track my order
2. Enter your details: Your order number including the # and the email you entered at the order.

Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours after they've been placed. If you are want to cancel or change the order, contact us as soon as possible by email contact@alterbabe.com

If you've received your order and something's wrong with it we need to be notified within 5 day of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we'll need a photo when you contact us to help! Alterbabe is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • Orders are beingĀ processedĀ within 3-7 working days, Monday - Friday, excluding some federal holidays.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. (And contact us if you have a problem)

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. 

Yes, you can! If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible by email contact@alterbabe.com. Note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
