If you don’t like your item(z) for any reason (they don’t fit, have an imperfection, or just clash with your dog) you can submit your return and get a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are some item(z) we don’t take back:
If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we'll destroy it and won't be able to issue refund.

Oh nooo! If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 5 days. Don't wait a month BB, we won't be able to help. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect send us a pic to email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
