Returns & Exchanges

  • If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (they don’t fit, have an imperfection...) Please contact us here: Contact Us with your order number, the item you would like to return and why you want to return the item and we will instruct you for that.
  • you can submit your return for store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Be sure to read the measurements in the products that apply.
  • We offer store credits as refunds.
  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
  • It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.
  • Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it.
  • If there are defects in the product, please send us some pictures showing the issue.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
  • All refunds are issued to store credit in USD. This amount is subject to adjustment based on the reason code selected for the return, timeframe of the return, and any cost associated with the return, or for other reasons set forth in our return policy.
  • Orders can't be cancelled or changed 24 hours after they've been placed.
WHAT ISN'T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

There are some item(s) we don’t take back:

  • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags
  • Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn or returned with missing or damaged boxes
  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits without their lining.
  • Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, perfume or other beauty products where the packaging was removed.

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we won't be able to issue credit.
